Our practice accepts all major credit cards and we take and file all insurance plans as a courtesy to our patients.  We are currently a preferred provider with the Total DPPO Cigna plan and Unum, Colonial Life and Alwayscare plans. 

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
